Data Collection Options
Starting your eClub with
just a few members is all you need. Remember, If you collect just
15 names a day, you will have 210 names in 2 weeks or 315 in 3 weeks.
Collect alittle less or alittle more. Wow, what a great beginning. Just think, how many names you'll have on your
list 1 month... 3 months... and so on. If you remain
diligent about asking your customers to sign up for your email club, you
would have upwards of 3000-5000 subscribers in a year.
Think about this for a
moment:

Every name that is
added to your list is opt-in ~ They have said Yes, I want to receive
information from you via email.

Every member on
your list will receive a personalized email from you, specifically for
them ~ Twice a month.

Every member on
your list will become YOUR loyal customer and will look forward to
hearing from you. This is relationship
building at it best. With the exception of a hand written note or
a phone call, email is the next best thing.
You do have options when it comes to
collecting data from your customers. Your
representative will work with you to determine the best way to
build your email list within your budget.
We can provide you with a collection
box, sign-up cards and on-site promotional materials, plus we'll
provide you with a weblink for your customers to join your eClub
directly from your website. (Note: Your weblink can
also be used in lieu of a website if you do not have one) You can use your weblink to
enter the names and addresses from your sign-up cards or you can
send them to us and one of our data entry specialists can enter
your data for you. Then, we'll store and maintain your
customer database on our secure server.

You can opt to use a clear lucite data
collection box and place it on your counter. Your customers
fill out a sign-up card and place it in the box.
*Note: Sign-up cards fit into the front pocket.
You can enter the names
yourself via your weblink or you can send the
cards to us and we'll enter them for you at no additional
cost..
* Note: This option gives
you greater control, however, there is some room for error
depending on how neatly the customer fills out the form.
It can also delay registration, depending on how frequently
the information on the sign-up cards is entered.
Just for the record, you don't
have to use a sign up box. You can use anything, perhaps
a fishbowl or something along those lines will work too.

| You can opt to use a clear
lucite frame with
card holder. The sign advertises your eClub and your customers take a card, which
directs
them to go to your website or online sign-up form to register for your
eClub.
*Note: This option eliminates any
room for error since the customer is entering their own
information. Additionally, they are registered and receive a
confirmation email immediately.
Generally, you would provide an incentive
to entice your customers to take the time to go online and sign up for
your eClub.

You can also opt to
use clear lucite table tents to promote your eClub. Direct your
customers to ask their server for details or lead them to your
website, etc.
Use table tents in
conjunction with sign-up cards to collect customer data while
they are at your restaurant or give them a directional card for
them to sign up themselves online.
This option can work
really well to get your staff involved. Run an in-house
contest to get your servers to ask every customer to sign up for
your eClub. We can track who referred the most
people that sign up for your eclub.

Collection Cards

We will modify the
standard collection cards with your logo, etc. and we can make minor changes at no charge. Additionally,
these cards are printed in-house are provided free of charge.
Custom
Data Collection Cards
Perhaps you have your
own ideas and want something completely
different. Tell us what you want and we can custom design
your data collection cards. There is a one-time $35 set-up charge for custom design layouts.
Full color data
collection cards are also available for an additional cost.

Directional Cards
Directional cards can
be used in conjunction with frame & card holders or table
tents. They can be used for servers to hand out to
customers at their table or with take-out & delivery orders.
Generally, you would provide an incentive
to entice your customers to take the time to go online and sign up for
your eClub.
Directional cards are
custom designed with full-color. There is a one-time design charge.
Printing cost also applies.
