I don't have email addresses for my customers, how do I get them?
Actually, most of our
clients start without a database. This is where our work will
begin. We will work closely with you and provide you with tools
and training so that you can start building a database very quickly.
There are multiple collection techniques, including; promotional
displays, state-of-the-art technology, refer-a-friend links and more.
Your customer email database will grow to hundreds subscribers in just a
few short months. If you aggressively promote your eClub, your
database will develop very rapidly. Remember, your customers
are not going to give you their email address, unless you ask.

I
already have some email addresses, can I use them?
Absolutely!
We can import most electronic lists to give you a quick start in your
eMarketing endeavor. If you have printed or written lists, or even if
you have a collection of business cards, we can also input them into
your new database. We'll also provide you with a weblink to enter names
yourself.
Reminder: We strictly
enforce our
Anti-spam Policy. Additionally, we strongly discourage our
clients from using purchased lists. We urge that you only use lists of
names you've collected yourself.
Remember: This
strategy works well because it is permission based. Get started on
the right foot.

I have a
stack of business cards, can I use them?
Yes and No. Let me
explain.
Yes, We can input email
addresses from business cards that you have collected, or you can enter
them directly into your new database using a convenient weblink that we
will set up for you.
And the reason we say No
is; just because you have someone's business card does not mean that
they have opted into your eClub. What we suggest is that we send
these people an email with a special offer, personalized just for them,
to entice them to register for your eClub. Then, they will be an
official opt-in subscriber.

Who owns the names in my
database?
The names you collect are
yours. Digital Cuisine will store and maintain your list and
track your customers' responses to your flyer campaigns. Upon your
request, at the end of your service contract, we will return your
updated database to you.
In accordance with our
Privacy Policy, we will not give out, trade, or sell your customers'
information.

Can
Digital Cuisine help me obtain additional email lists?
No, we are not in the
business of selling email lists, nor do we encourage our clients to
purchase lists.
You will however, be
listed in the Community eFlyers for other participating businesses, which is delivered monthly
to the pool of subscribers. This approach will generate
more exposure for you, and in time, you will be gaining new
customers and stimulating repeat business.

How long does it
take to get up and running?
New client databases are
setup within 3 business days. At that time, we'll provide you with
a weblink so you can start entering names immediately, if you have
decided to enter any names collected yourself.
Within days, your
representative will come by your location with your custom promotional
display and data collection tools and we'll provide you with details to train you
and your staff on the best way to collect names from your customers. We
can also take digital photos to use in your flyer.
Within 10 business days,
we'll have your eFlyer ready for your review. Upon your approval, we
will schedule the delivery of your eFlyer.
Note: Although we
can schedule your eFlyer to be delivered immediately upon approval, we
recommend that you take 2 to 3 weeks to begin developing
your database and you will begin to see results after your first
delivery.
Tidbit: If you
collect just 15 names a day, you will have 210 names in 2 weeks
or 315 in 3 weeks. If you collect only 10 names a day, you will
have 140 names in 2 weeks or 210 in 3 weeks. That would be a great
beginning.

Can my eFlyer
be forwarded to family and friends?
Our system has
refer-a-friend feature that allows your customers to pass along your
eLink to a friend. That person is then invited to join your eClub.

How long of a
commitment do I have to make?
We
recommend a minimum commitment of at least a year. Remember, this is
not a short-term fix. It's a long-term solution for customer retention.
If you remain steadfast in your vision, your results will be staggering.
The
longer you
persevere, the larger your
subscriber base will become.
ROI (Return on
Investment) is directly impacted by database size, these returns will
increase further over time as your database expands.

Can my subscribers
reply from my eFlyer?
Yes,
your customers can contact you or send you a message when they click on
the Comment link included on your eFlyer. Messages from
subscribers will be sent to the email address that you indicate.

Will consumers sign
up and stay on my list?
Real
world results have been consistent with a consumer attitude study, which
indicated a 50%-90% willingness to join such lists. Moreover,
subscribers stay on these lists. Cumulative unsubscribe rates
after one year are in the 5-10% range.
